Items will be shipped out within 10 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
If Customer requests ring sizings, item adjustments, or any alterations: please allow an extended period of time prior to shipping due to our use of master craftsmen in the industry. The time period for alterations on items is mostly affected by the complexity of the alteration being made. Simple alterations can often be done quickly (ie: a few days), whereas some complex alterations can take up to several weeks to be done properly by our master craftsmen.
Customers also have the option to purchase expedited shipping (ie: overnight Priority Mail Express) if available. Please ask your operator at the time of purchase, as the options may change due to location limitations, holidays, or other various reasons.
If Customer has ANY alterations done outside of Primetime's services or knowledge (ie: ring sizing, removal of stones, adjustments to the item, etc.) that item becomes non-refundable and Customer remains the permanent owner of that property.
Customer has 14 Days from receiving merchandise to return. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, appraisal & sizing costs. Returns must have an RMA#

All cancellations after Midnight (12am) PST on the same day of purchase will incur a 5% cancellation fee.
Primetime Shopping Network reserves the right to charge any customer a restocking fee of up to 20% of the transaction amount if the customer wrongly abuses our return policy (ie: a return rate of over 50%).
